Excellent Work and Responsive Customer Service!

I highly recommend STS Electric. We hired them to address a significant electrical issue in our daughter’s older Chicago condominium, and I was very pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism.

What initially appeared to be a relatively straightforward electrical problem turned out to involve improperly wired kitchen outlets connected to the dryer circuit. The STS team identified the issue and installed three new kitchen circuits, running new conduit from the basement to the third floor. It was a substantial project, particularly given the challenges of working in an older building, and the electricians worked diligently over two days to complete it.

I especially appreciated Sam, the supervisor, who was accessible, professional, and very responsive to my scheduling and timing concerns. He understood the importance of getting the work completed promptly and made a genuine effort to accommodate our needs. The office staff was also helpful and responsive throughout the process.

It’s reassuring to find a company that can handle a challenging project while maintaining good communication with its customers. I’m very pleased with the completed work and would gladly recommend STS Electric to others.

We have been fortunate to find STS Electric. The team is excellent at their work and most professional. At all times they let you know how the job is proceeding.

They have come out late on a Saturday to address and issue. And at all times are polite and responsive.

You cannot go wrong hiring them.

We were in a horrific bind At our condo after a surge caused extensive damage to our property. STS was able to come out incredibly quickly when ComEd wouldn’t respond. They assessed the issue, got to work and even was able to get ComEd to turn off and then eventually turn back on power to our building. They were professional, courteous, and clearly experts on the problems that we were having. Sam and his team were lifesavers and I would recommend them to literally anyone who had any issues, big or small.

Professional, punctual, and went above and beyond. Juan and Jose lined up the electrical boxes so it looks good and added the requested outlets as asked all while I was working from the next room. Will hire again for my future electrical service needs, without question.

I had the pleasure of Sam’s assistance this morning with my tripped breaker. I am a female homeowner and Sam walked through it to get my power turned back on. STS is stored in my phone for future electrical issues. Ladies don’t hesitate to call them!
