I feel completely safe with all the work that was done. My basement was out of lights and not in compliance with the panels. The men came repaired. Alex and his crew were fantastic. We had some major electrical issues at our building. We have 200 units in the building and had multiple electrical shorts in 4 units. Our regular electricians, STS Electric, were dispatched immediately. When they arrived, they started working on the problem right away and assured our unit residents that power will be back the same day. They fixed the electrical issues and all residents were very happy with their work and how they clean up behind themselves. I have never felt compelled to leave a review before, but Sam and STS just did some excellent work for us and I need to say that everyone who needs an electrician should be looking at STS Electric first. They have been out here a few times and have done amazing work each time. This last time Sam replaced an outlet that had been wired incorrectly and had actually caught fire. He explained every thing he was doing, and the work is flawless. I can sleep better knowing it is now corrected.STS is the first company everyone should be looking at. We called STS out of desperation at 11 pm when our smoke detector system was malfunctioning and setting off our Xfinity alarm. When we called, the alarm had triggered about 100 times. Sam called me back within 5 minutes and walked me through how to disable the non-Xfinity system, which was causing the issue. He stayed on the phone with me for several minutes to ensure the alarm did not trigger again, and he offered to have me call him for the next few hours of the problem continues. Sam was super friendly and helpful.

STS Electric sent one of their electricians out very quickly and discovered that it was a Comed problem (even though ComEd said everything was okay). The electrician helped us by working his magic with some of the wiring to get us back up and going while ComEd solved their part of the problem. Good work, great price.
